The Adventure Begins: Quests and Character Progression
September 27: Early quest objectives, wolf encounters, RPG combat statistics and character growth began coming together into a playable adventure.

An explorable village needs reasons to venture beyond its gates. By late September, Greyhaven's quests were linking dialogue, combat and rewards: Mara's wolf objective became clearer to follow, and the player could track progress instead of treating each battle as an isolated encounter.
These systems build on traditional RPG progression: earning experience, gaining levels, investing attribute and skill points, and developing a character across multiple quests. Combat calculations and visible statistics were refined around the same period to make those choices easier to understand.
Later real-gameplay verification, documented on October 8, completed Edda's Silver Leaves quest and Mara's Wolves at the Old Road objective, reached level 2, earned two attribute points and one skill point, and unlocked Tomas's Missing Patrol investigation. Those outcomes were observed in a development browser playthrough, not an Android release.
