How Golden Griffin Games handles information submitted through this website and its account features.
If you create an account, request alpha access, or contact the studio, we may receive information you provide such as your name, email address, account credentials, messages, and testing-related information. Authentication data is handled through the site's account infrastructure rather than displayed publicly.
We use submitted information to operate accounts, review access requests, communicate with users, administer private testing, improve our games and website, protect the service, and respond to business or community inquiries. We do not sell personal information.
The production website uses Vercel Analytics to help us understand site performance and general usage. Hosting, authentication, and security providers may also process technical information such as request data, device or browser information, and IP-derived information as necessary to operate and secure the service.
Alpha access is granted per account. Testers may choose to send gameplay observations, screenshots, bug reports, device information, or other feedback. We may use that feedback to diagnose issues, evaluate systems, and improve the game. Do not submit sensitive personal information in bug reports or general feedback.
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legitimate studio operations, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We may rely on service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, and related infrastructure, and those providers may process information on our behalf under their own applicable terms and safeguards.
You may contact Golden Griffin Games to ask about personal information you submitted through the site, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate operational reasons.
